A reminder that there will be a registration night for athletes and volunteers on Tuesday, September 10 at Quarterway School Gym from 6:30 to 8 pm. As promised the new medical forms can be found by sobcnanaimoreg) or they can be completed, printed and brought to the registration night.

Please remember to bring your care card, email info, any change of medical information and the $25 registration fee. Swimmers ($50/session) and 5-pin bowlers ($65/session) bring your program fees with you as well.

If you’re unable to make the registration night, money for the registration and other fees can be mailed to the address below.

Special Olympics Nanaimo is having a Beer and Burger and Silent Auction fundraiser on Thursday, October 24th from 6-9pm at the Old City Station Pub.

Tickets are $20 and we are asking for coaches and volunteers to please help with selling tickets. If each coach sold five tickets we’d have a great event to support local athlete programs, equipment, uniforms and travel.
